Gabriella Giunta is an experienced advocate for injured Commonwealth employees and those of licensees including Australia Post, Linfox, John Holland, CBA and Ramsay Health. Gabriella also represents seafarers on interstate, international and offshore vessels. With over 10 years’ experience practising exclusively in Comcare compensation law, Gabriella has developed a strong reputation for delivering practical, strategic advice and achieving positive outcomes for her clients.
Throughout her career, Gabriella has represented injured workers in complex matters before the Administrative Review Tribunal and the Federal Court of Australia. She is committed to protecting her clients’ rights and ensuring they receive the compensation and support they are entitled to.
Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Behavioural Science). Her background in behavioural science complements her legal expertise, providing a genuine understanding of the challenges clients face following a workplace injury.
